I checked out two flats and the details on here were pretty much the same as what I saw when I visited. Nothing fancy, but it was accurate enough and saved me from a few surprises.

"Pretty decent , but replies took a while"
Overall , the service was okay . The staff were polite and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help , which I appreciated . The main downside was that replies were slow at times , so the whole experience felt a bit less smooth than I expected . Still professional enough , just not the easiest from start to finish

"Decent site, but support wasn’t great for me"
In my experience, the site itself was okay, but the documentation felt confusing. After I made a purchase, support was slower than I expected, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating for me.
